The L-190 RPS consists of 2 units as a system:
L-190-WRP: NEMA 4 steel LED cabinet 10”h x 8”w x 7.5”d with 30 foot flexible steel umbilical conduit and Connector
replaces arc lamp under float glass
- ABS cabinet is available for when steel isn't required.
L-190-CPX: NEMA 3 ABS Power Supply & Control cabinet 16” x 12” x 6” with metal mounting ears, mounts on wall, shelf or desk In observation area
- Rectangular Light Beam 12’ wide x 3’ high with LED at 8’ focal length 60 FC (660 Lux) center beam
- 100% duty cycle at full 100 watts LED power replaces up to 1500 watt XENON arc lamp
- Thermal management: thermistor at LED down-regulates power if over-temp is sensed
- WHITE or GREEN LED available, either color powered by the same Control Cabinet
- LED Drive current display on control panel, brightness adjustable from 0 up to 25 Amperes
- LED rated life 50,000 hours to 70% of initial luminosity
- Reliable: typical 5 years of full power operation 24/7 in factory environment
- Maintenance limited to clean filter for cooling air fans on both cabinets
- Remote Control Input for relay dry contacts control on & off Switching Option
